Further casting for Donmar's Love and Other Acts of Violence


Cordelia Lynn’s Love and Other Acts of Violence¸ which marks the reopening of the Donmar Warehouse following its completion of essential building works, has announced further casting details.

Elayce Ismail directs Tom Mothersdale (Him/Man) joining the previously announced Richard Katz (Tatte) and Abigail Weinstock (Her/Baba).

The Donmar has been running Constellations by Nick Payne at the Vaudeville Theatre during its closure, with critical acclaim for its four separate casts, including Anna Maxwell Martin, Chris O'Down, Russel Tovey, Omari Douglas, Zoe Wannamaker, Peter Capaldi, Sheila Atim and Ivanno Jeremiah.

The Donmar's much awaiting season also includes Rory Kinnear in Tim Price’s new stage adaptation of Ruben Östlund’s award-winning comedy film Force Majeure, also directed by Michael Longhurst, while Kit Harington stars in Shakespeare’s Henry V, directed by Donmar Associate Director Max Webster. The season concludes with Marys Seacole by Jackie Sibblies Drury, and directed by Nadia Latif.

Love and Other Acts of Violence opens on 14 October, with previews from 7 October, and runs until 27 November with tickets on sale now.
